We want every princess to have a magical experience. Please read our refund policy before booking.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to a future date (subject to availability) if you cancel 14 or more days before your event.
Paid-in-full events: If you cancel 14+ days in advance, you will receive a credit valid for 12 months. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
If we cancel: In the rare event that My Princess Spa must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.
Add-ons: Add-on charges (goody bags, ice cream buffet, sugar scrub, etc.) are refundable if cancelled 7+ days before the event.
