By booking with My Princess Spa you agree to the following terms.
Deposits: A deposit is required at time of booking to hold your date. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the event.
Pay in 3: The remaining balance may be split into up to 3 installments. Final payment is due on or before the event date.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 14+ days in advance may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit.
Conduct: We reserve the right to end a party early if guests are disruptive or damaging to property. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Tiara & Robe: Tiara and robe sets are for in-store use only during the party and must be returned before guests leave.
Liability: My Princess Spa is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during events.
